Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, company affiliation, role
- Profile data: company name, billing address, locations, credentials
- Job data: job descriptions, waste characteristics, uploads, bids, messages
- Usage data: IP address, device type, pages viewed (Plausible analytics)
How we use it
We use the data to operate the Service — matching jobs with providers, generating Terms Records, sending notifications, and billing. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
- Other parties to a job (the generator and the provider on an accepted bid)
- Service providers we use to operate Dispo (Vercel, Neon / Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare)
- As required by law (subpoena, regulator request, court order)
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. We retain completed Terms Records for a period required by Texas business-records law (typically 7 years) for both parties' protection.
Cookies + analytics
We use a session cookie for authentication. We use Plausible for privacy-friendly, no-personal-data analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Database is encrypted at rest. TLS for all connections. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
