FAQ
Why are generators free?
Generators are the demand side. Charging them would push them back to phone + text sourcing. Haulers benefit from being connected to new generators, so haulers pay.
How is pricing set post-pilot?
Per Phil + Warren: pricing depends on the kind of waste flow a hauler handles. Specialty waste (stainless, code, hazmat) commands a different rate than roll-off trash. Tiers will reflect that.
What's a 'won job'?
A bid you submit that a generator accepts, documented on a Terms Record. Submitted-but-rejected bids don't count toward the 3-job free pilot.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Month-to-month, no contract. You keep your bid history + rating.
Do you take a cut of the job itself?
No. Your deal is with the generator — dollar for dollar. Dispo charges you the subscription; the job revenue is yours.
